700 square feet is equal to around 70 square meter, you case is 91 = 910 square feet, it is considerable to be big in hong kong as well.
if 700 sq ft in downtown can be up to HK$ 8 million, which is around US$1 million, whereas in countryside, can be up to HK$ 2 million
of course, this is my estimation, it is depending onto location and other factors. but in hk, living space is expensive, it can cost you half of your salary monthly for rental
