what is a good brand to buy for a tankless water heater ?

@sedotson. you need to learn more about the tankless. a condensate trap is on an a/c unit or a big water heater.for the gas it would need to be hard piped to the tankless for the t/p vavle if you know any thing about the tankless the flush vavle has a place for the t/p. skirts?????they dont have any. tankless cant be no less the a foot from a window or a door.3 feet from gas meter or any other condustables

couldnt someone vandalize it outside???

This installation is…WRONG + illegal.Where is your condensate trap? The gas line looks too small .You are missing the skirt kit for protect piping + insulation from weather. The t/p is set to blow off in sombodys face! It looks to close to operable window and…Its UGLY.
