The Toilet Installed Was A Kohler Wellworth Memoirs

you made it sound so simple.. i may do it if you stand next to me..

Innovation Tool makes the best internal pipe cutter for PVC. Available at Sunshine Plumbing or Broedell Plumbing in Florida.

There are a lot of construction jobs that don’t care like you do. Don’t get the economy Mansfield toilet, it’s bad. IT does not flush completely in one flush ever. The porcelien is not as smooth as should be around the water level so dirt gets trapped in the rough areas and makes a ring around the water. America has become, a financial scam. Don’t ever get the cheapest even though it’s still a lot of money

Thank you so much!! I had the ‘fear’ big time and have tackled that rocking toilet problem and won. Just a broken flange. Too many Plumbers are the biggest ripoff artists on the planet so you probably saved me over $200.00. There will always be something too much for the average homeowner, but we should be able to do these simple plumbing fixes without having to take out a loan!

how do you replace an out house,, i live in new mexico

hmm what if you live all the way in new mexico?

The easy way to do it its calling 603 315 7734 and ask for Ray Presnt, I can do wathaever you need at no coast, its my plessure to help.

Looks like a OLD floor, and where there was even indications of the original 4 bolt bowl / reverse trap toilet possibly, because i se the old bolt holes.

Flush your fears! Good video! Very helpful. Thanks!

Don’t overtighten the bolts when attatching the tank, you’ll brake the porcelin. Back to menards to purchase a 2nd toilet. :(

Looks nice and simple.

Nicely done video. Smooth and quick, my favorite kind ;)

Obviously, the weight of the toilet (and the person sitting on it) should be borne by the floor and not the flange. In fact, having the toilet base in contact with the flange means that virtually all the wax in the seal is being squeezed out. I suggest calling a plumber and having him or her do whatever is necessary to lower the flange to the correct position. It will be a good investment.

What can I do if the old flange is two inches above the floor? It keeps the commode from touching the floor when mounted.

I fear the old flange is below the floor in the pipe so I can’t just cut if off and install a new one.

What can I do about this?

To clarify… the cup on the plastic ring needs to face DOWN into the pipe and UP towards the toilet.

very easy

Thank you.
