I really want to do a BA Hons Fashion Design degree, but i would rather study from home online, does anyone know of a university that offers this?

In the US at least you don’t want a BA of any sort you want a BFA and these are accredited programs which are taught in workshops — though they may be called classrooms.
In other words if there is a Fashion Degree such as you are describing it won’t teach you enough to be useful.

any level of teaching within design has to be done in a practice led environment. It is impossible for you to learn anything without critique and practice (and I don’t mean doing something over and over again, I mean actual work within the subject).
A home course will do nothing but teach you theory and to be successful, or at least any good, you need the structure of a proper course.
