I already have my real estate license and majoring in Global Business Management. So I was wanting to know what other things I needed to do.

and also, is it worth it? is it a good job or career? how much is it to get a real estate license?

The economy in Michigan sucks and my husband lost his job today. What does it take to become a real estate agent here?

I want to be able to access mlslistings, and be able to view the inside of the houses listed there w/o calling up a real estate agent. What do I need to do? If I become a real estate agent, can I register somewhere to access the full mlslistings? And am I legally allowed to go inside the houses listed there? Or do I need to be hired by a real estate company/broker, and work there full time first? Thanks.

Wondering if any real estate agents out there can let me know where to start. I don’t have any certifications for real estate, but am interested in getting started. Is a degree needed first, or are there places that will hire and train?

I am meeting with a real estate agent for help with buying a house. I’m aware that she is not a buyer’s agent, so I can assume she is always going to be working for the seller’s best interest (and her commission). What information should I hold back from her? Pre-approval amount? Highest bid on a particular house? Down payment amount? Also, what could she possibly tell me that I should think twice about?

I am getting a new job and moving to a new city (Waco,TX or near that area) but need help finding a cheap CHEAP apartment. I tried to search on-line but I really have no idea where to begin my search any suggestions and I think one of my friends used a real estate agent (or a least I think that’s what he said) and he got a really cheap apartment. Anyone have any suggestions??? Already tried craigslist but nothing yet.

Is it a common occurrence? Do you often hear about real estate agents sleeping with their clients at open houses?
I don’t know if they are also called open-houses; though, what I am referring to is when a person asks a real estate agent to show them a house listed with them while the owner of that house is away.
