Love sales but don’t know the first steps into real estate. I know theres alot of scams promising success within a week, but i don’t believe that’s true.

Are you fearful of buying/selling? What information do you need to make real estate decisions? What are your biggest questions about today’s market?

How do you perform a short sale? What is the best way to control the sale of real estate to make money rather than purchase outright? How do you find the people in foreclosure homes who are not living at the home and are not listed?

I want to be able to access mlslistings, and be able to view the inside of the houses listed there w/o calling up a real estate agent. What do I need to do? If I become a real estate agent, can I register somewhere to access the full mlslistings? And am I legally allowed to go inside the houses listed there? Or do I need to be hired by a real estate company/broker, and work there full time first? Thanks.

OK I am 19 years old, want to get my real estate license. But I have a criminal adult misdemeanor charge. It is possession of cannibus. Should I think twice before doing real estate or will I be ok. Also, what is the average amount to take the real estate classes and get licensing?

I’m aware that she is not a buyer’s agent, so I can assume she is always going to be working for the seller’s best interest (and her commission). What information should I hold back from her? Pre-approval amount? Highest bid on a particular house? Down payment amount? Also, what could she possibly tell me that I should think twice about?
