They hate the very idea that others may get seats in Parliament and expose the corruption, not just in the House but between the media and MPs.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Dermot is utterly clueless. The EU system is a million miles away from Westminster. As an MEP you do not have expenses you have a yearly allowance. In Nigels case 200k which is spent on staff, offices and travel. He doesn’t claim for having his swimming pool cleaned or his duck ponds mucked out. Poor show from Dermot but to be expected from an arsehole like him.
