I've read other books on asset protection, and often they provide such complex schemes for protecting your assets that there is just no way it applies to me. I liked that this book focused on the "normal" individual and clearly explained what LLCs and Corporations do, and how to use them. I found it to be a great source of knowledge written in easy to understand terms (no so much legal speak) to be able to make an informed decision about which type of 'corporation' I should look into for my real estate goals.
