This says it will cover a fire pit up to 44″ and in the photo, the lid is clearly on the firepit. It does not cover a fire pit that large. Our firepit is 40″ wide. It covers the lid, that is it. The rest of the firepit is exposed, not covered as the photo shows.

I can’t find anything negative to say about this cover. It fits well around my Landmann Stars Fire pit, does a great job keeping it protected and dry – and the best part – it’s cheap!

The material is heavy duty canvas-like. Very substantial. Design is also good with the cinching cord and the straps that attach to the legs of the fire pit… but the thing fits snugly enough that I don’t plan on using the straps. I liked it so well when I got it that I also ordered the grill cover. I liked it just as well. These are great products for the money and are as nice as any covers I’ve ever seen. Note that they ARE a light tan color, though. It took a few weeks to get used to that and not the black covers that I had previously had on my fire pit and grill.

I had trouble finding a fire pit cover to fit our 33″ round firepit, most covers were for smaller firepits. I was apprehensive buying this product at first because I thought it would be too big, but it looks good, the elastic around the bottom brings it in nicely to fit around our firepit. I didn’t like the color choices – I wanted black, but they only had this 2 tone colors, turns out, it looks nice- kind of unobtrusive. I really like the clips that you secure around 2 of the legs to keep it on in high winds and I like how its waterproof. I like how its got air vents to stop condensation inside. I like the material, it sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. I am thinking of getting the matching grill cover.

This fire pit cover is very well made and durable. It fits so well you would not even have to use the tie downs unless you wanted to. It is a very attractive cover and water proof. I would buy another one!!
